RENAULT CLIO 2 CUP PIVOT PINS FOR GF2000 – NEW ASSEMBLY

We offer you a new assembly for your pivot axis, here are our findings:

- The conical upper section which is in the hub carrier is too weak considering its length, this place is sensitive, the axles tend to deform.

- The cone machined in the hub carrier can be damaged with a damaged axle, the housing is no longer conical and when the axle is changed it is not in an optimal position. It is therefore a vicious circle because the axle will deform and damage the hub carrier again and the axle will be replaced….

We are not offering you one but two new assemblies, the important point is that you will have to machine your cone on the hub carrier to bring it to a diameter of 18. This allows you to increase the section of the axle inserted in the hub carrier. hub thus eliminating the sensitive point.
